SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the January 13 and January 27 meetings, the Council
created the Committee and refined the Committee’s charter (see attached).
Nine people have expressed interest in serving on the Committee. Lindley Kirkpatrick, Bill Keating and Rick
Orton will also be involved with the Committee.

The appointment
of these nine people does prevent the Council from adding members in the future. Staff will continue to accept the names of additional members and will return to Council for additional
appointments, if necessary.
