AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR SCATTERED SITE SIDEWALK REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested III soliciting bid proposals for
Scattered Site Sidewalk Rehabilitation Program; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
, -
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for Scattered Site Sidewalk
Rehabilitation Program.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 30th day of June, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 1, 2005.
