Attached is a letter from Idaho Water and Wastewater
Operators Certification Boards. John Lewinski has received certification as a Collection Operator Class I, Conley Kindall has been certified as a Collection Operator Class II, and Donnie
Fain has been certified as a Distribution Operator Class I.
City Council and the City Manager would like to congratulate the employees for their advanced certifications.
