SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Engineer Search Committee has unanimously recommended
that the City contract with Holladay Engineering to provide City Engineer services. At the February 24 meeting, the City Council approved Holladay Engineering in concept.
The attached
Professional Services Agreement identifies, in general terms, the scope of work that has been prepared by the Search Committee and discussed with the Council. All work to be done by
Holladay will be specifically authorized by either the City Manager or the Public Works Director.
Dave Bieter has received a copy of the agreement and is reviewing it.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Approve the Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
