SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A revision to the current utility services deposit is
attached. The Acting City Treasurer is recommending a change to the current ordinance to allow those applicants who have satisfactory payment records with other utilities to request
a waiver of the deposit.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only Ordinance No. 747.
Adopt Ordinance No. 747 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
