SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The personnel policy manual
states that salaries will be adjusted annually based on the CPI. The City Manager will request Council to clarify which CPI index to use. Based upon the CPI for the West Urban Cities,
the increase for the 2001 budget year would be 2.9%.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the salary increase of 2.9%.
