SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached resolution
is required to formally adopt the Comprehensive Plan. The Council and County Commissioners have approved the Plan by motion (on June 22 and June 26). State Code requires that the Comprehensive
Plan be adopted by Resolution, with the Plan attached. The City Clerk has a copy of the Plan, to be attached to the Resolution upon adoption.
A similar resolution for adoption will
be presented to the County Commissioners on October 23.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 00-21.
