SUMMARY STATEMENT:
M Resorts, Ltd. received
approval for a Planned Development, encompassing changes to the Shore Lodge, on August 13, 1998. M Resorts proposes the construction of an additional accessory structure not included
in the approved Planned Development. MCC 3-22-200(G) requires Council approval for the addition of an accessory use within an approved Planned Development. No public hearing or P&Z review
is required.
M Resorts proposes to build an approximately 1,900 square foot Golf Cart Storage Building adjacent to the existing tennis courts. An application has been filed for Scenic
Route District approval from the P&Z. A hearing on that application is scheduled for October 24.
Attached is an Application for Amendment to Shore Lodge Planned Development, as well
as a site plan and building plans. A formal staff report will be prepared prior to the Council meeting.
