SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City Council approved an Agency Agreement with McCall Air Taxi to operate the airport UNICOM radio, however, the agreement was never signed or completed by
the City. No payments have been made to McCall Air Taxi. McCall Air Taxi is being sold to Mr. Dexter Woodworth and McCall Air Taxi has agreed, as a condition of the sale, to allow
Mr. Dexter Woodworth to take the UNICOM responsibilities from them.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Agency Agreement with Mr. Dexter Woodworth under the same conditions that
have been previously approved for McCall Air Taxi. The Airport Manager will reimburse McCall Air Taxi a prorated amount for services provided. McCall Air Taxi may be allowed to have
three tie-down spots for one year in lieu of payment.
