SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Bonni Shikrallah, Rick Orton and Lindley Kirkpatrick
have prepared the attached draft proposal for the previously approved EPA Special Projects grant.
This grant will provide the funding for the engineering analysis necessary to assist
the Water Treatment Plant Citizens’ Committee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign the completed application.
