AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE TWA PERMIT FOR ASHLAND,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a TWA
Permit for Ashland, Inc., in a form approved by the Borough Attorney and Borough
Engineer.
