SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This
year’s Holiday Celebration is tentatively scheduled for Friday, December 15, 2000 at the Golf Course Club House from the hours of 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Traditionally, this evening is a
dual celebration encompassing the joy of the holiday season as well as the providing Council the opportunity to thank all City employees for a job well done throughout the year. This
year it is proposed that we have a dinner buffet, music, door prizes, and a $25.00 gift certificate per employee. Estimated cost: $3,000.00 Budgeted amount: $3,000.00
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
City Council approve the Holiday Celebration as outlined and direct staff to organize the event.
