SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The lease with Inland Marine Construction expires on
December 31, 2000.
A new lease has been drafted for 1 year beginning January 1, 2001 (attached). The only changes made were rent of $465.00, which includes a 3.1% cost of living increase,
and the dates of the contract reflect the entire calendar year.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease with Inland Marine Construction, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to sign.
