AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR EMERGENCY SEWER SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret IS interested in soliciting bid proposals for
Emergency Sewer Services Contract; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
L That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for Emergency Sewer Services
Contract.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 30th day of June, 2005
and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on July 1, 2005.
