1. CALL TO ORDER- Mayor Flora called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Brown, deRyk Jones, Wallace Dee, Vice Mayor Barr,
and Mayor Flora.
Staff Present: Assistant Town Manager Terrazas; Administrative Services Director
Szczurek, Town Attorney Morris, and Town Manager Lashbrook.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE -deferred.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT- none.
5. CLOSED SESSION
5.1 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS - Agency designated representatives:
Kim Szczurek, Administrative Services Director; and Alex Terrazas, Assistant �Town
Manager; Employee Organization: Mid-Managers Association, Police Officers
Association, and General Employees Association, Government Code Section 54957.
Reportable Action: No action taken.
