SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached tree ordinance is a draft to be approved
by council. The ordinance will consist of all important tree maintenance, planting, removal, inventories, planning and development of the trees within the city.
Dave Bieter is reviewing
the ordinance and will have a final version to be adopted at the Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only Ordinance No. 749.
Adopt Ordinance No. 749 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
