RESOLUTION NO. 90 -3017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO
SECTION 5222 AND 5225 OF THE TEMPLE CITY
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO COMMERCIAL FILMING
PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5222 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, a permit processing fee of $100.00 is hereby
established.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 5225 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, a temporary business license fee of $100.00 per
day of filming, or portion thereof, is hereby established.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1990.
