The existing report fails in several areas. Traffic: Insufficient attention was given to high load periods (high occupancy holidays and morning and afternoon school rush), Glenshire Road in snowy conditions, and the increased loads on several intersections involved. Wildlife: I support and don't feel the need to repeat the detailed and articulate arguments presented by Dr. Eisele about preservation of the wildlife migration corridor and the impact on the wetlands and wildlife of the area, as well as the lack of enforcement mechanisms. This area should remain open space. Water and sewage: It does not address the increased pressure on the source aquifer for the larger Glenshire area, which is already showing signs of stress. Additionally there are many approved yet unfinished developments already in Truckee. Stop this development. Thank you. Caryn Dombroski 10695 Palisades Truckee, CA
