SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Toothman-Orton will submit an engineering report, including final construction plans and specifications, to DEQ for approval.
Toothman-Orton will advertise the project for construction, distribute plans to builders, conduct bid opening and review the bids. They will provide construction management to include
coordination between the city and the contractor, construction observation, review of contractor pay requests, and substantial and final completion inspections. Toothman-Orton will also
prepare record drawings.
Dave Bieter is reviewing the attached contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve contract between City of McCall and Toothman-Orton Engineering.
