SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
HDR Engineering, Inc. has been selected to do preliminary design for the East-West Loop project (formerly the Deinhard-Boydstun Connector). The Scope of Work includes the
tasks necessary to support the selection of a preferred alignment, an environmental document, and a concept design report for the project.
The project will be almost entirely funded
by ITD and Valley County. This contract will be paid entirely with ITD funds. ITD will administer the contract.
Dave Bieter has reviewed the contract. ITD legal staff is currently
reviewing the contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approval and authorization for the Mayor to sign the contract.
