SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed an application for a day care center at 114
Lake Street, submitted by Rick & Helen Crawford. A properly noticed public hearing was held on February 1. See the attached application and complete record.
The P&Z recommended that
the application be approved, subject to certain conditions, without a second hearing. See the attached Findings & Conclusions.
Since the P&Z recommendation, the Crawford’s have installed
the fence around the front porch and submitted the revised site plan. Initial inspections by the Fire Marshall and Central District Health have been conducted.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt
the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions as the Council’s own, minus the condition regarding the revised site plan.
