1. CALL TO ORDER – Engineering Manager Bucar called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Leslie Suen, LCS Transportation Consultants; Todd Rivera, Tahoe Truckee
Unified School District; John Falk, Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors; Patrick Flora, Mayor,
Town of Truckee; John McLaughlin, Community Development Director, Town of Truckee;
Bruce Cornell, Planning Commissioner, Town of Truckee; Annie Rosenfeld, Tahoe Donner
Association; Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, Town of Truckee; Gordon
Shaw, LSC Transportation Consultants; Pat Davison, Contractors Assoication of Truckee
Tahoe; Alex Heyman Community Member; Dale Creighton SCO Engineering and Planning;

6. Purpose of Working Group -
Engineering Manager Bucar discussed the purpose of the Working Group.

7. Traffic Impact Fee Program Update
Engineering Manager Bucar provided an overview of the program including(presentation on

8. Review of Traffic Count Data
Gordon Shaw, LSC provided the update on traffic count data.
