APPOINTING MICHAEL J. CAPUTO A PROVISIONAL TRUCK
DRIVER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, there is a need for a provisional Truck Driver in the Department of
Publîc Works, in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarteret do hereby appoint
MICHAEL J. CAPUTO
a provisional Truck Driver in the Department of Public Works, effective
immediately.
Adopted this 30th day of June, 20Ò5
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 1,2005.
