SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The applicants have requested a conditional
use permit to operate a neighborhood convenience store at 143 Lake Street. This application was remanded to the Planning & Zoning Commission for a new public hearing on February 29.
The
complete record of the application, including the Commission’s Findings & Conclusions, is attached.
The Commission recommends that the Council hold a second public hearing and approve
the requested conditional use permit.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the requested conditional use permit and adopt the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions as the Council’s own.

Approved the City of McCall P&Z Commission’s Findings and Conclusions regarding the CUP for Yellow Garage and amending section
2b to include, the section from the original application that states: “The conditional use permit being requested is for ‘The Yellow Garage’. It is limited to and used only for the
described uses in the application permit. It is not intended to attach to the property. Any future LESEE will have to reapply for any/all conditional use permits”, and added conditions
that staff verify the number of parking spaces for 1500 square feet in the winter and summer.
