SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the last Council meeting, the Golf Course Advisory Committee recommended the
extension of the season pass for Janet Simmons and the cart fee for Mr. & Mrs. Simmons to the year 2000 Golf season.
Mrs. Simmons was notified of the Golf Course Advisory Committee’s
recommendation. Mrs. Simmons stated that she still has problems with her ankle and that her husband will be having surgery again. Mrs. Simmons requested a refund of the season pass
and cart fees.
Council remanded the decision to the Golf Course Advisory Committee.
The Golf Course Advisory Committee met April 12, 2000 to deliberate further about the refund or
extension of Mrs. Simmons’ season pass and Mr. & Mrs. Simmons’ cart fees. The Committee recommends the approval of the extension of Janet Simmons’ Golf Course season pass and Mr. &
Mrs. Simmons’ cart fees to the year 2000 Golf Season.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the extension of Janet Simmons’ Golf Course season pass and Mr. & Mrs. Simmons’ cart fees to the
year 2000 Golf Season.
