SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Golf Advisory Committee has reviewed the Golf Course Restaurant Management
Agreement. The Management Agreement contains terms for both winter and summer
seasons.
The Committee recommends the approval of the existing agreement through December
31, 2001. At that time, the Committee will review the Restaurant Agreement and the
Golf Pro Agreement.
Attorney Bieter is reviewing the proposed Management Agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Golf Course Restaurant Management
Agreement.
