The new building will be connected to the Hotel at the second level and will contain general retail space on the first floor. The complete record of the application, including the Planning & Zoning Commission’s Findings & Conclusions, is attached. The Commission recommends that the Council approve the requested variance, with no need for an additional public hearing.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the requested variance and adopt the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions as the Council’s own.
