SUMMARY STATEMENT:
John Carey has requested a variance from the setback
requirements to allow the construction of an addition to the Hotel McCall and covered sidewalks within the setback area. The new building will be connected to the Hotel at the second
level and will contain general retail space on the first floor.

The
Commission recommends that the Council approve the requested variance, with no need for an additional public hearing.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the requested variance and adopt
