SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This
grant was for the construction of the ‘South Sewer Project,’ east of Third Street along Deinhard Lane.
All grant requirements have been met. The grant application anticipated the creation
of 23 jobs to benefit low-to-moderate (LMI) income persons. At completion, the project created 35 LMI jobs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Closeout Agreement.
