SUMMARY STATEMENT:
St. Claire submitted the low bid for construction of the J Ditch Phase II holding
pond, in the amount of $3,895,546.26. JUB has evaluated the bid and found it to be conforming. Bid extensions resulted in an increase in the bid amount of $5,367.40.
The total bid amount
is $3,900,913.66.
After consideration of the bid by JUB and City staff, it is our recommendation that the Council enter into negotiations with St. Claire for construction of the J
Ditch Phase II holding pond.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize JUB and City staff to negotiate with St. Claire for construction of the J Ditch Phase II holding pond.
