SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the
May 4th meeting, the Council issued a Notice of Award to St. Clair Contractors. JUB and staff are negotiating a contract with St. Clair, reflecting the project specifications, timelines
and conditions of funding. The contract is being reviewed by DEQ.
Final project approvals from DEQ and IDWR are being prepared and will be provided prior to Council action.
Representatives
from JUB will be available to address specific construction issues. Detail funding analysis will be available at the Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign
the contract with St. Clair Contractors, Inc. for construction of the J Ditch Phase II effluent storage pond.
