The contract with St. Clair Contractors requires that the City issue a Notice
to Proceed following execution of the contract.
Issuance of this Notice to Proceed is one of the conditions that must be satisfied before the Voluntary Suspension of Sewer Connections
can be lifted.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign and issue a Notice to Proceed to St. Clair Contractors for J Ditch Phase II.
