A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OVERSIGHT
BOARD APPROVING THE RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR
JANUARY 1, 2016 - JUNE 30, 2016
WHEREAS, the Truckee Successor Agency Oversight Board is required to periodically
approve the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule(ROPS)for the Town of Truckee Successor
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee Successor Agency Oversight Board reviewed and
approved the Town of Truckee Successor Agency ROPS at the October 1, 2015 Board meeting;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
OVERSIGHT BOARD hereby approves the ROPS for January 1, 2016—June 30, 2016.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Board Member Lashbrook,seconded by
Board Member VanGundy,at a Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the Truckee Redevelopment
Successor Agency Oversight Board, held on theist day of October,2015,and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: Board Member Lashbrook, Board Member VanGundy, Board Member
Ferrari and Chair deRyk Jones.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Board Member Anderson, Board Member Rivera, and Vice Chair Eagan.
