Mello Roos District  Historic District  Air Quality Plan Implementation  Housing ……  Implementation Of Economic Development Strategy  General Plan Priorities  TDR's  Open Space Acquisition  Habitat Plan  Water Issues - TMDL's, CRMP  CURRENT ISSUES THAT WEREN'T SIGNIFICANT ISSUES 5 YEARS AGO Water Issues ( TROA, Donner Lake Water Quality, Trout Creek)  Trails  Town Hall  Police Department  Open Space  Infill (From An Operations Standpoint)  Rate Of Development - Perception (GP Estimated 2% - Actual To Date 2.3%)  Affordable Housing Need (Now Higher)  Placer County Development (Lahontan, Intrawest, Northstar, Etc.)  Government Relations Results Have Had Mixed Reviews  Public Works Has Shifted From "Crisis Management" To Routine Maintenance  All Start-Up Functions Have Been Accomplished  State And Local Economy Is Booming - Are Our Operations Sustainable?  Second Home Growth Seems To Be Increasing  We Are Becoming Known As A significant Resort Community - Are We/Should We  Be A Player? Demand For Retail, Office And Industrial Space Is Increasing  We Are Getting Closer To Buildout (Future Impact on Housing Prices; Also Future  Town Revenues) The Placer/Martis Area Is Likely To Boom  Major Caltrans Construction Over the Next 5 Years  The Town Has Become A Political Player In The Region  Historic Preservation Has Seen Some Successes (Privately)  Mill Site - There's Nothing Happening  The PC's ……. Nothing Much Has Changed  Code Enforcement Has Had An Impact - Should We Be Doing More? 
