outreach information.

Protect and enhance the quality of life for Truckee residents by ensuring that new development and
redevelopment preserves and enhances our environmental, social and cultural character and assures a
positive impact on our long term economic viability. Achieve a balance of housing that serves our
workforce while recognizing the economic forces created by the continuing demand for vacation real estate
in our community.
