Support the Downtown Core
Protect and enhance Truckee’s Quality of Life by ensuring that
growth enhances our environmental, social and cultural
character and assures long term economic viability Achieve a
balance of workforce housing
Mitigate negative impacts of growth through transportation
and circulation improvements. Make Truckee friendlier to
bicyclists and pedestrians
Strengthen public communication targeted to those impacted
by specific issues
Provide quality, cost effective services and capital projects
Collaborate with local and regional entities on planning,
growth, workforce housing and transportation
