Monday, October 21, 1968 at 8:10 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Anne Dorweiler, Robert Roehl, Tom Stevens, Arnold Erdman
and Russell Bouley, Jr. present.
The minutes of the September 45, 1968 meeting read. Moved by Tom Stevens that
the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Arnold Erdman
Motion carried.
Roy LaRoux appeared with regard to building a garage att*ched to his house.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that we recommend that the Council grant permission
to Roy LaRoux to build his garage if he can either purchase one-half of
Lot 26 behind his property to give additional room for his garage -or failing
this, secure permission from the owner to build a garage closer than the
building code allows.
Seconded by Arnold Erdman
Motion carried.
Father Ardolph appeared with regard to the proposed church complex. Moved
by Arnold Erdman that we accept the Rectory Administration building of St.
Anne's building plans and recommend that a building permit be issued.
Seconded by Tom Stevens
Motion carried.
Studied the Building Code.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that we appoint Everett Thies as Chairman of a
committee for studying the zoning of Medina.
Seconded by Tom Stevens
Motion carried.
Moved by Arnold Erdman that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Tom Stevens.
Motion carried.
