RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF BID DOCUMENTS
AND ADVERTISING FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR THE WEST CARTERET STREETSCAPE PROJECT
WHEREAS the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") desires to initiate a streetscape
project in West Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to prepare bid specifications and contract documents
and to solicit bids for said project in conformance with the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Borough's Consulting Engineer for the project and the Borough's
Purchasing Agent are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract
documents and to advertise for the receipt of proposals for the West Carteret Streetscape
Project.
Adopted this 11 th day of August, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 12,2005.
