to sign Amendment #1 to IDWR Contract DWR-CON00255.
Authorize the Mayor to sign all documents necessary to purchase the former railroad right-of-way, for an amount not to exceed the
IDWR grant award, subject to review and approval of all closing documents by the City Manager and City Attorney.
