Summary Statement:
Kurt Braun, former owner of Pioneer Aviation, has
sold part of his operation to Doug Walberg, owner of Dew Aircraft, Inc. Mr. Walberg has purchased the hanger and the majority of the operation. Mr. Braun will retain ownership of
the fuel tanks and continue to lease a small portion of the ramp area around the fueling station and continue to conduct the UPS flight. Mr. Braun is sub-leasing the fueling station
to McCall Air Taxi. Mr. Walbergs proposed lease is at the current lease rates and is our standard FBO lease with no changes or modifications.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve
lease to Dew Aircraft, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to sign.
