Attached is a copy of the application, the complete P&Z
record and the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions.
A duly noticed public hearing was held on July 11, 2000. Little public comment was received, all of it in support of the application.
The P&Z found that the application meets the requirements for a variance and recommends that the Council do the same. No additional public hearing is recommended.
No appeal of the P&Z’s
decision has been filed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the P&Z’s Findings and Conclusions as the Council’s own and approve the application for VAR-00-5.
