RESOLUTION NO. 91 -3022
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING A MILEAGE RATE
REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO CITY
EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. The City Council does hereby establish a stan-
dard mileage rate equal to the amount authorized and allowed by
the Internal Revenue Service, subject to revision from time to
time, as reimbursement to City employees and officers for mileage
expended in their own vehicles for conferences or performance of
duties.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1991.

No. 91 -3022 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple
City at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of January 1991,
by the following vote:

NOES: Councilmember -None
