The lease with Inland Marine Construction has expired
(see attached original agreement).
A new lease has been drafted for 1 year beginning July 27, 2000 (attached). The changes include:
Rent of $450
Changes to portions of the lease that
referred to the previous owner, Kevin Muir.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease with Inland Marine Construction, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to sign.
