STATEMENT:
At the August 5th Council Meeting Resolution 00-16 transferred funds between departments for the current fiscal year.
Attached is Ordinance No. 744 to amend Ordinance No.
733 for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000. The City received additional money to appropriate to the general fund.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend
the rules, read by title only, one time only Ordinance No. 744.
Adopt Ordinance No. 744 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
