CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 20, 2021
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the September 20, 2021 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order
at 5:46 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Hensley, Lester, Schreiber, Spencer, Spicer, Vogt, and Ward
Absent: Fitzwater, Kemna, and Wiseman
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Spencer will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- In addition to the four items on the agenda, Mr. Mel Kallel will be in
attendance and if no objection by City Council, he’d like to announce the
upcoming Postmark Collectors Convention
Announcements
- Councilmember Schreiber will announce the next Public Safety Committee
meeting.
Consent Agenda
- Councilmember Spencer would like to vote separately on item E to allow
further discussion.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their respective introduced bills.
Councilmember Wiseman arrived at the meeting at 5:41 P.M.
Bills Pending
- City Staff presented their respective pending bills.
New Business
- Eric Barron, City Planning Manager will present City ward redistricting
options.
