SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Dexter Woodworth has purchased the Salmon Air hanger. He
is requesting a standard FBO lease. He has a plan to operate as a full service FBO. He would like to lease additional square footage in the front and rear of the existing lease.
This additional space will improve aircraft and customer parking. The additional footage will also increase airport revenue. The Salmon Air hangar meets all Minimum Standards for FBO
operations. The Airport Advisory Committee reviewed the request and discussed future operations with Mr. Woodworth. The Airport Advisory Committee voted and unanimously recommends
the Council approve the lease.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: The Airport Manager and the Airport Advisory Committee recommend the Council approve the lease.
