Regular meeting of the Town council.
Council met in regular session, Mayor Vahlsinr presiding

and Counctlemen- Geerdes- Haack - k-Luwe and Okones
present. -
Minutes of last meeting were read. and on motion by Luwe
second by Okones, approved as read.- motion carried.
It was moved by Luwe second 14uOkones that all Poll taxes for the
year 1945 be cancelled- motion carried.
Treasurers repmnt was presented, read, and. ordered placed
on file-.
The Clerk was directed. to advertise for sale, the 2 horse Grader.
The following bill s were read, considered, and on motion
by Kruse second by Okones that same be paid. motion carried.
