At the last meeting, Council
requested a revision to the Fee Waiver Ordinance adding an appeal procedure to the ordinance. The revision was made to allow the second and third readings of the ordinance.
Citizens
have had to opportunity to make comments concerning the ordinance. No comments have been made.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, the second and third
readings.
Adopt Ordinance No. 751 and authorize the Mayor to sign.
