SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached Amendment to the City’s Agreement with Keller Associates will complete our responsibilities under the EPA
319 grant for the downtown project. Keller will provide water quality monitoring services for two storm events. The information will be reported to DEQ.
The EPA 319 grant for the Downtown
Improvement Project included $3,500 for water quality monitoring. The total cost will be paid for by the grant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Amendment to the Agreement with
Keller Associates, in the amount of $3,500, and authorize the Mayor to sign.
