SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Jeff Howell would like to lease Lot
#7 and start construction this Spring. Mr. Howell wanted the lot size reduced from 95x150 to 75x150. The reduction in lot size will give the City a larger right-of-way next to the
hangar. The Airport Advisory Committee compromised and would like the size of the lot set at 85x150. This change is acceptable to Mr. Howell. The Airport Advisory Committee requests
that Mr. Howell split the cost for the new survey.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease on Lot#7 at 85x150 and require Mr. Howell split the cost of the survey.
