SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On
December 12, 2000 the Impact Area Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing to consider a variance application submitted by Jim & Gerry Wilson. Mr. & Mrs. Wilson sought permission
to build an addition to the existing cabin at 965 Sylvan Creek Road within the required setback area, in variance from the requirements of MCC 3-8-060(E).
The Impact P&Z found that
the proposal did not satisfy the requirements of MCC 3-30-010 and recommends that the City Council deny the application. The P&Z recommended that no second hearing be held. No appeal
of the P&Z’s recommendation has been filed.
The Impact P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and the complete record of the case are attached. Also attached are draft Findings & Conclusions
for the City Council, adopting the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and denying the application.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions as the Council’s own and deny
variance application VAR–00–6.
